What is Felabration?
Felabration is a yearly live event held in Lagos, Nigeria, to celebrate and respect the late Nigerian melodic and political free thinker, Fela Anikulapo Kuti who during his days battled for Nigeria and Africa to improve as a spot and a land without polio and political trickeries.
Felabration was birthed in 1998 by Yeni Anikulapo-Kuti, the primary youngster and little girl of Fela Anikulapo Kuti. The live event holds at the New Afrika Hallowed place in Ikeja which was a substitution of the old Afrika Sanctuary laid out by Fela in 1970 preceding it was flattened in 1977 by some ‘unidentified’ military men.

Who was Fela Anikulapo Kuti?
Olufela Olusegun Oludotun Anikulapo Kuti just called Fela Kuti or Fela was brought into the world in Abeokuta, the capital of present-day Ogun State on the fifteenth of October, 1938 to the group of Ransome-Kuti.
